Paul's real estate acumen spreads over 20 years! Edmonton born and raised and son of a Developer, real estate was a natural career choice for Paul. After a successful start with his father and brother and their family owned and operated brokerage Canadian Real Estate Service, Paul joined the RE/MAX River City office in 1995. Today, he is an associate and part owner of RE/MAX Elite, a thriving brokerage with two offices in Edmonton. Here, Paul continues to develop his customer base and his reputation as a reliable, respected and recommended real estate agent.

David Schmitz
David joined The Paul Blais Realty Group as an Associate at the beginning of February 2010. Eager to follow in his uncle and grandfather's footsteps David is passionate about real estate. Having been born and raised in Edmonton, David is also bilingual and has lived in the francophone community for over 20 years.
A few of David's characteristics include patience and integrity - a natual fit when working in Real Estate, where David specifically assists home buyers make the perfect purchase. We are excited to have David as part of the Paul Blais Realty Group and look forward to a successful future together!
Sylvain (Syl) Sanscartier
Sylvain joined the Paul Blais Realty Group as an Associate at the beginning of March 2013, bringing with him over 17 years of sales experience. Sylvain's patience and listening abilities are best suited for his focus to perfectly match home buyers with their specific needs.
Originally from Montreal Quebec, Sylvain (also known as Syl) has lived in Edmonton and area for over 40 years. His ability to communicate with his clients fluently in both French and English has enabled us to further enhance our presence in the francophone community. Well known for honesty, integrity and pride in his work, Sylvain is actively involved in his Sherwood Park community and is the proud father of three daughters.

Jennifer Herrera
Jennifer has been working with the Paul Blais Realty Group since September, 2011. She first started in the Real Estate industry in 1992 here in Edmonton and then spent several years working as Office Manager for a Real Estate Group in British Columbia before moving back to Alberta. This experience made her the perfect candidate for Office Manager with the Paul Blais Realty Group. Jennifer takes care of the administrative duties that relate to a real estate transaction as well as managing all the ins and outs of a busy real estate business. In addition, she prepares Market Reports for potential sellers, organizes showings for buyers, maintains Paul's website, assists with listing duties and handles internal office activity.
Shawna Lindberg
Shawna joined the Paul Blais Realty Group in June of 2009 and offers her Marketing expertise to the team. With over 15 years of Sales and Marketing acumen some of Shawna's projects include rebranding the Paul Blais Realty Group and a redesign of the company website. Shawna also oversees all admin and marketing initiatives for the Paul Blais Realty Group. A licensed Realtor herself since 2003, Shawna has previously worked for a real estate developer and as a Buyers Agent at another Remax office.
