Once a listing price is set, we will maximize your property's exposure through our extensive Marketing Action Plan. We'll offer advice on preparing your home for buyers first impressions, feedback on showings and open houses, update you on any market changes that could affect the sale of your property, present and discuss offers with you, negotiate the highest price and best possible terms as well as manage all contractual, title and transaction details.
